Tingling Causes During Sports
The cause of tingling is excessive pressure on the nerves of certain body parts, so that blood flow is not smooth. Usually, this sensation occurs when the hands are pressed together or when the legs are in a cross-legged position or bent for a long time.
When exercising, tingling can occur when muscles contract too tightly, especially if you don't exercise often. This condition is usually temporary and will get better on its own.

In certain cases, prolonged tingling after exercise can also be a sign of certain diseases or conditions, such as neuropathy, diabetes, autoimmune disease, kidney failure, hypothyroidism, or vitamin B12 deficiency.
How to prevent tingling during exercise
Tingling during exercise can occur if you don't stretch or don't warm up enough. Therefore, make sure you warm up before exercising to prevent tingling.
Next, start exercising with light movements, then increase the intensity slowly and gradually. If you immediately engage in vigorous movement or exercise, this can increase the risk of cramps or muscle injury.
Also, don't push yourself too hard to do repetitive movements. Rest your body for a moment to relax the tense muscles again.
Although often considered harmless, tingling during exercise can be a sign of a more serious he alth condition. This is especially true if the tingling has been going on for a long time, causes body parts to feel weak, or makes it difficult for you to move.
